Four killed as car hits tree

Four occupants of a car were

killed when their vehicle hit a roadside tree at Pedami village, 25-kms from here, police said.

"The driver of the SUV, being driven at a high speed, lost control over the vehicle and rammed it into a tree," Deputy Superintendent of Police Vijay Singh Pawar said.

Efforts are on to identify the deceased, the officer said.
