Govt to repay State Development Loan raised through securities

Puducherry government today announced that the State Development Loan for Rs 160 crore, raised throughsale of securities in March2008, would be repaid on March 27.

Secretary to Finance V Candavelou said in a release that the outstanding balance of State Development Loan for Rs 160 crore, carrying 8.4 per cent interest floated in 2008 would be repaid on March 27, a release said.
