Gujarat State Financial Corporation (GSFC) today said it will delist its shares from the NSE as no trading in the company's scrips took place for more than a decade.
"... Decided to delist the shares of the Corporation from National Stock Exchange (NSE), the reason being no trading of shares of the Corporation is reported from NSE for more than a decade," GSFC said in a filing to the BSE.
The company said the continued listing with the NSE does not provide any significant tangible advantage to the members of the Corporation or investors at large.
