HC issues notices to MPCA in Scindia life-membership case

Justice S K Seth issued notices to the Assistant Registrar - Firms and Societies, the MPCA, and its senior member Leeladhar Paliwal. The next hearing would be on August 23.

Paliwal, in a complaint, had claimed that Scindia and others had been given the life-membership of MPCA in violation of its constitution.

The Assistant Registrar then terminated the memberships, which has been challenged before the High Court.
