Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah for the party's impressive poll performance in Karnataka.
He said the Karnataka Assembly polls verdict is a reflection of good governance.
"By choosing the BJP, the people of the southern state have reposed faith in the policies of the Modi government," Thakur said.
"The verdict of the people of Karnataka gives a clear signal that the country wants Modi to lead the nation after the 2019 Lok Sabha polls," the chief minister said.
