Hyderabad-based Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Foundation will stage two of its "internationally acclaimed plays" here this month, the Foundation said.
Directed by renowned theatre personality and Padmashree recipient Mohammad Ali Baig, "Quli: Dilon ka Shahzaada" and "Spaces" will be staged here on July 29 and 30, the Foundation said in a release.
"Quli: Dilon ka Shahzaada" is "based on the love-legend of the founder of Hyderabad, Poet-King Quli Qutub Shah and danseuse Bhagmati," it said.
"Spaces" is the struggle of a young artist to preserve her heritage amidst a changing modern world around her, it added.
The two plays were being presented in this city "for the first time," the release said.
