Micro-irrigation solutions provider Jain Irrigation Systems today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 20.13 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
The company had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 60.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Total income of the company on consolidated basis stood at Rs 1,593.4 crore during the first quarter, as against Rs 1,455.1 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said in a statement here.
The company manufactures drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, solar water heating systems and agro-processed products, among others.
