Judicial magistrate killed in road accident in Chandigarh

A 31-year-old judicial magistrate was killed and a lawyer injured when their car rammed into a pole here on Friday, police said.

Judicial Magistrate Sahil Singla, posted at Pathankot, and his lawyer friend had come to attend a wedding in the city, they said.

Singh died when the car crashed into a pole, while the lawyer suffered injuries, police said.

The lawyer has been admitted to a private hospital in Mohali, they said.
