A lawyer and three others, including a woman, were injured when an antisocial person attacked them with a sharp weapon this morning in front of the Nagaon Bar Association in the District Court campus here.
The antisocial person identified as Sahjahan Ali with criminal records attacked lawyer Partha Pratim Borbora for preventing Ali from forcefully taking money from a person in the Bar Association campus, official sources said.
After an altercation with Borbora, Sahjahan attacked him along with the three others stopping him from taking the money forcibly, the sources said.

Two of the injured identified as Dilwar Hussain and Ziaur Rahman along with Borbora and the woman were admitted to hospital, they said.
Police has apprehended Sahjan Ali.
An emergent meeting of the Nagaon Bar Association after the incident demanded adequate security to their members and also halt to antisocial activities in the court campus.
