Amidst divorce rumors, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have put their mansion in Los Angeles up for sale with the asking price of USD 3.495 million.
The couple bought the 6,300 square-feet mansion back in 2009 for USD 1.912 million, reported Ace Showbiz.
The property has five bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom divided between a main house and a pool-side guest house.
The interiors consist of towering ceilings, heavy beams, large sky domes, four fireplaces, wood floors and large windows and sliding glass doors that open to a lagoon style swimming pool and spa as well as flag stone terracing.
Earlier this month, moving trucks were spotted outside the residence, fueling divorce speculations surrounding Nicole and Joel.
But the rumours were later seemingly debunked by Joel when he posted on Instagram a sweet message to honor her wife on Mother's Day.
