Pondy Lt Governor, CM extend Ugadi greetings

: Lt Governor Kiran Bedi and Chief Minister V Narayanasamy today extended Ugadi greetings to Telugu and Kannada-speaking peopple.

In her message on the eve of Ugadi, Kiran Bedi said the festival celebrated with "Ugadi Pachchadi" of sweet and bitter taste "signifies the fact that happiness and challenges should be accepted with grace and equanimity."

Chief Minister Narayanasamy, Health Minister Malladi Krishna Rao, PWD Minister and Puducherry Congress Committee president A Namassivayam and other leaders greeted the people on the eve of Ugadi.
