Prisoner found hanging

A prisoner detained under

Goondas Act at the central prison here allegedly hanged himself to deathat the bathroom today, police said.

Police, said Manikandan who was an accused in three murder and sexual abuse cases, was seen hanging using his prison dress as rope.

The officials seized the body and for post mortem to the government hospital here.
