Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi, Minister Thursday alleged that the had "no time" for his parliamentary constituency

Addressing an election meeting here, Adityanath said, Smriti Irani, who filed nomination papers from on Thursday, will ensure "all-round" progress of the constituency.
