Religare Finvest to raise Rs 100 cr from pvt placement

Financial services firm Religare Finvest to raise 100 crore from issue of non-convertible debenture (NCD) on private placement basis.

The fund would be raised through subordinated non-convertible debentures on private placement basis, Religare Finvest said in a filing on the BSE.

The fund would be raised on September 30, it added.

Religare Finvest, a subsidiary of Religare Enterprises, is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) financing focused NBFC.
