Sugar prices edged higher up to Rs 10 per quintal in the national capital today on the back of festive season demand from retailers and bulk consumers.
Marketmen said festive season demand form bulk consumers and retailers supported the upside in sugar prices.
Sugar ready M-30 and S-30 prices edged up by Rs 10 each to Rs 3,270-3,470 and Rs 3,260-3,450 per quintal, respectively.

Similarly, mill delivery M-30 and S-30 prices traded higher by Rs 5 each to Rs 3,120-3,325 and Rs 3,100-3,305 per quintal, respectively.
