Eight people died due to swine flu and other complications till date in Telangana since August last year, the state government said here today.
It said 142 samples (out of 2956 tested) have been found to be positive.
46 cases were tested yesterday and six of them have been found to be positive for the virus. "No deaths were reported January 16," it said.
Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits were available in the state, the state government added.
