Minister of state for textiles Santosh Kumar Gangwar will visit Sikkim on March 25 and 26 to lay the foundation stone of Apparel and Garment Manufacturing Centres.
The foundation laying ceremony will be held at Chintan Bhawan in Gangtok on March 25.
