Two boys drown in pond

Two boys drowned today in a

pond in Bhakri Khajuri village under Dhaka police station area in Bihar's East Champaran district, police sources said.

The victims identified as Md Ramzan (8) and Md Hayaz (10) were taking bath in a pond when they slipped in deep waters and drowned, the sources said.

Upon finding the bodies floating in the pond, local residents fished it out, they added.
