Two new members appointed in AERA

Government today appointed two new members in Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA), which fixes development fees in respect of major airports.

Subrata Samanta, Executive Director in Airport Authority of India and N Shankar, a former Director of Export-Import Bank of India were appointed as AERA members.

The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved their appointment for a five-year term, an order issued today by Department of Personnel and Training said.
