Victoria Clark to star in 'Homeland'

Tony-winning actress Victoria Clark has joined the ongoing season four of American TV series 'Homeland'.

The 55-year-old Broadway veteran is cast in a big, surprise role as Carrie Mathison's (Claire Danes) mother in an upcoming episode of the Showtime series, reported Aceshowbiz.

Filming for the fourth season of the Emmy-winning series has just wrapped. The show previously featured James Rebhorn as Carrie's father but the actor passed away earlier this year.
