A man has been arrested in connection with celebratory firing during his brother's wedding in which his wife was injured in Shabuddinpur here, police said today.
Jamshed, husband of Reshma who was injured in the firing on Tuesday, was yesterday arrested, SP (City) Santosh Kumar Mishra said.
A case was registered against Jamshed and Amir Alem, the SP said.
35-year-old Reshma was injured during celebratory firing at a relative's wedding in Shahbuddinpur locality on Tuesday.
