BEIJING (Reuters) - China's State Council issued updated guidelines on Thursday for promoting private investment in sectors including health, education, sports and culture.
The guidelines include attracting more private funds by promoting public private partnership (PPP) investments in these sectors.
Similar earlier guidelines were published in February.
