Russian finance minister says gets proceeds from Rosneft stake sale in full

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian finance ministry has received in full the proceeds from the sale of a 19.5 percent stake in the country's largest oil producer Rosneft, the ministry's press service said on Friday.

The deal is valued at over 710 billion roubles ($11.5 billion).
