Meenu Singh is a professor of pediatrics, executive director of Aiims (Rishikesh), and co-chair of Cochrane India. She was trained as a pediatric pulmonologist at the Children's Hospital, University of Pittsburgh, USA in 1994-95. Since then, she has worked in India in the field of pediatric pulmonology at the Advanced Pediatrics Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh, and heads the pulmonology clinic there. Dr Singh also heads the telemedicine centre, now designated as Department of Telemedicine at PGIMER, using technology developed by Isro and DIT.
