Investor Conference call on Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 scheduled on Friday February 13 2026 at 11:30 a.m. IST.

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In continuation to our letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/2025-26/68 dated December 22 2025 regarding the notice for closure of trading window and pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please be informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (Company) is scheduled on Thursday February 12 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report for the corresponding period among other business matters.

Clarification Letter on news item appearing in https://www.uniindia.com is enclosed for reference and records of the stock exchanges.

The Exchange has sought clarification from Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd on January 23 2026 with reference to news appeared in https://www.uniindia.com dated January 23 2026 quoting Schneider Electric plans Rs 623 cr expansion of Hyderabad facilities.<BR><BR>The reply is awaited.

In compliance with Reg 74 (5) of SEBI (Depositaries & Participants) Regulations 2018 enclosed herewith certificate received from RTA of the Company for quarter ended December 31 2025.
