Sinochem signs MoU with Arab Potash Company

Sinochem Group has signed an MoU with Jordan’s Arab Potash Company (APC) for the supply of potash for three years from 2014 to 2016 in Beijing. This comes as a continuation of the long-established partnership between the two companies since the early 1980s. According to the agreement, Sinochem Group will purchase 6,00,000 tonnes of fertilisers every year, of which the price is subject to market situation then. Particularly, the trade will be implemented by Sinochem Fertilizer Macao Commercial Offshore Limited, which is subordinated to Sinochem Group.
