Sreekanth Pipes to amalgamate with Integrated Thermoplastics

The Hyderabad-based PVC product manufacturer, Integrated Thermoplastics Ltd, has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 21, 2014, approved the proposal to merge Sreekanth Pipes Pvt Ltd with the company and appointed independent Chartered Accountant for issue of Valuation report in this regard.
 
Integrated Thermoplastics claims to be among leading manufacturers and exporters of PVC pipes, agricultural pipes, electrical pipes etc.
