Sun Pharma to spin off specified therapeutic and investment business of Sun Pharma Global FZE

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has, passed Resolution on November 13, 2013, approving spin off of the Specified Therapeutic and Investment Business Undertakings of Sun Pharma Global FZE into the company, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, without any consideration with effect from May 01, 2013. Sun Pharma Global FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Pharma Global Inc, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries.
