Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation2015as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that in terms of companys code of conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insider the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for persons specified under the code shall remain closed from 1st July2025 and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June2025.
