HRU & Associates Practicing Company Secretary a peer-reviewed firm having Certificate of Practice No. 20259 and Membership No. A46800 as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.The detailed information as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/ 0155 dated November 11 2024 as amended from time to time in respect of said appointment as mentioned in Annexure-A.The Board Meeting commenced at 12:00 p.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m.
