It is pertinent to note that the trading in the shares of the Company was suspended by the both stock exchange on account of the liquidation of the Company. However out of the abundant caution and in terms of the code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 the trading window for trading in shares of the Company shall be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives including the promoters promoters group Directors KMPs Designated Employees of the Company with effect from March 22 2025 till 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
