KFin Technologies allots 51,900 equity shares under ESOP

KFin Technologies has allotted 51,900 equity shares under ESOP on 10 January 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 171,83,30,000/- comprising of 17,18,33,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 171,88,49,000/- comprising of 17,18,84,900 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
