With reference to our earlier intimation dated 09.01.2025 in respect of change in the CFO of the Company we would like to reiterate the following:1. Mr. V. Lakshmi Narayana has resigned from the office of CFO of the Company with effect from the closing business hours of 06.02.2025. The said resignation was noted and accepted by the Board of Directors on 09.01.2025.2. Mr. Chaithanya Agasthyaraju who was appointed by the Board of Directors on 09.01.2025 has taken charge of the CFO (KMP) of the company effective 07.02.2025.
