Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. June 20 2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Chokhani (DIN: 00204011) as an Additional Director and Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years subject to approval by the Members of the Company.Further it is affirmed that Mr. Chokhani is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority and not disqualified from holding the office of Director pursuant to the provisions of Section 164 of the Companies Act 2013.The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are set out in Annexure A to this letter.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 6.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.41 p.m.
