COMSYN/SE/2025-26 dated 5th August 2025 regarding intimation of Board meeting for consideration and approval of the Quarterly Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results & Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to submit Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025 along with Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors for the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 in PDF Format which were also approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors at their meeting held on Friday 8th August 2025.
