Please find enclosed a certificate dated 13th January 2026 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 from Bigshare Services private limited the RTA of Dolfin Rubbers Limited. This certificate has been issued in terms of Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.

This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosures internal procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders (the code) of the company and the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by Promoters Directors and Key Managerial Person and Designated persons & their immediate relatives shall remain close with effect from 1st January 2026 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2025.The date of Board meeting of the company for consideration and declaration of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2025 will be intimated in due course.
