This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from January 01 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 (both days inclusive).The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 to the Stock Exchanges.The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 will be intimated in due course.
