Allotment of 50000000 equity shares of the Company having face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 14.75/- aggregating to Rs. 737500000 on preferential basis to specified persons.2. Allotment of 15500000 share warrants of the Company at a price of Rs. 14.75 each (warrant subscription price Rs. 3.69/- and the warrant exercise price Rs. 11.06/- per warrant) aggregating to Rs. 228625000 to the member of promoter group on a preferential basis The meeting commenced at 2.00 PM and concluded at 2.30 PM.
