Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that the Company has received Listing Approval for 3709650 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at premium of Rs. 82/- per Share bearing Distinctive Number from 26291294 to 30000943 issued to Non-Promoter on Preferential basis and 637500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 82/- bearing Distinctive Numbers from 30000944 to 30638443 issued to Promoter and Non- Promoter on Preferential basis pursuant to conversion of Warrants.
