Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company has approved appointment of Mr. Pulkit Chowdhary (DIN:11198535) as an Additional Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Company for the first term of 3 years with effect from August 12 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
