In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 based on the Certificate received from M/s Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited (RTA) which is enclosed herewith we hereby confirm that:a. The Securities comprised in the said certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchanges.b. The Said Certificate(s) after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of depository has been substituted in our records as registered owner.

Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities will remain closed from January 01 2026 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting where inter alia approval of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31 2025 would be considered.
