This is to inform that the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday July 30 2025 at 12:30 p.m (IST) Raajkutir Rangmanch 89C Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Sarani Phool Bagan Kankurgachi Kolkata-700054.The Register of Members and the Share transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 24th July 2025 to 30th July 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 43rd Annual General Meeting.
