We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 28th July 2025 based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Rajat Purkayastha Chartered Accountant (Membership No:-038741) as the Internal Auditor of the Company in place of Mr. Rajit Chatterjee with immediate effect.
