Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation the members of IFB Agro Industries Ltd at the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company have approved the appointment of M/s. Labh & Labh Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for 5 Financial Year w.e.f 2025-26.
