Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations the members of IFB Agro Industries Ltd at the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on 30th July 2025 have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arup Kumar Banerjee as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f 30th July 2025 for a period of 2 years.
