Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations please find attached the disclosure of penalties levied on outstanding property taxes as reflected in the property tax bills for the year 2025-26 received along with the Special Notices from Brihanmumbai Mincipal Corporation (BMC) in respect of our properties - Taj Wellington Mews Taj Mahal Hotel (Old Wing) and Taj Mahal Tower (New Wing).
