Public issue of 1,37,33,033 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Avon Weighing Systms Ltd (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at par (i.e at a price of Rs.10/- per Share) comprising of Promoters Contribution of 38,96,633 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- for cash aggregating to Rs.3.89 Crores (herein after referred to as the Promoters Contribution). The net offer to the Public is of 98,36,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par (i.e. at a price of Rs. 10/- per share) aggregating to Rs.9.84 Crores.(herein after referred to as the Net Issue). The Issue would constitute 59.33% of the post issue paid-up Capital of the company.The issue price is same as the face value of Rs.10/-
