We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Limited at their meeting held today have considered and approved inter-alia the followings:1. The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31 2023. 2. Investment in Kajaria Ultima Private Limited (KUPL) upto Rs. 30 crores in one or more tranches through subscription/acquisition of shares of KUPL and/or granting of unsecured loan(s) to KUPL to make KUPL as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. 3. Investment in Keronite Tiles Private Limited (KTPL) upto Rs. 50 crores in one or more tranches through subscription/acquisition upto 90% shares of KTPL and/or granting of unsecured loan(s) to KTPL.
