The Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has in its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday 6th May 2025 inter alia considered and approved: 1. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025;2. Recommendation of dividend of 375% (Rs. 3.75 per share) which includes special dividend of 125% (Rs. 1.25 per share) for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. This is same as dividend paid for the financial year ended 31st March 2024.A press release issued on the Audited Financial Results is also enclosed herewith.
