We wish to inform you that in terms of regulation 39 (3) of Listing Regulations on receipt of request to issue duplicate share certificate and change of name along with the requisite documents the Companys RTA has issue a letter of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate as per SEBI Circular dt. 25/01/2022 to the shareholder in her new name.
